We are completely committed to your satisfaction not only with our initial installation work, but as a long-term customer. We pride ourselves on the highest level of personalized support so you can count on us to provide help when you need it.

We are confident in the partners and products we choose as well as our installation expertise, so much so that we offer ad hoc support after hours and on weekends. We encourage you to call or send us a text message when you need help You can also send support requests through our OvrC Connect App using your Apple or Android device. Most issues can be solved easily and remotely. If we need to schedule a service visit, we’ll prioritize you for the next business day. If you need emergency onsite service outside our normal business hours, we can schedule an after-hours service call for a nominal premium.

We’ve been installing and supporting clients for over 20 years and find the best approach has always been to provide personalized care from the team that installed and knows your project best. If there is an emergency, just get in touch. We’ll be glad to assess and help. If the situation is not critical, we’ll handle it the next business day or whenever mutually convenient. We can provide this level of service without costly and complicated service agreements. When you are part of the Aveon family, we’ll simply take good care of you.
